In regards to the spitting graver- you had it right the first time, he’s a complete douche bag who has nothing better to do than walk around the park all day and night, I guess the security jacket just made it seem a lil less weird. He’s a leech, who will buddy up to you if you’ve got something to smoke or drink. And the only reason I could think of that he probably stopped spitting is that maybe he read your article, but yeah from what I recall he spits a lot, like a disgusting amount, ew.
